Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Busser/Food Runner, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. In this vital role, you will support the front-of-house team by ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset, delivering food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will contribute to a lively, guest-focused atmosphere that keeps our service running smoothly and guests smiling from start to finish. Age 16+ and Availability between Thursday-Sunday. Ability to work until 9-10pm on Friday's and Saturday's. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests accurately and promptly, ensuring proper presentation. Assist servers with food running duties, supporting timely service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including clearing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and organizing supplies. Support food safety standards by handling dishes carefully and adhering to proper sanitation procedures. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service flow. Provide friendly guest service by responding quickly to guest needs and ensuring a positive dining experience. Refill ice bins as needed. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key! Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude that enhances guest interactions. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays or dishes, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
