- Provide attentive, polished, and professional fine dining service to guests at Quail + Crane.
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through a refined dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and communicate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests to culinary colleagues.
- Deliver food and beverages with proper timing, presentation, and sequence of service.
- Maintain strong menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, wine pairings, and daily specials.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests throughout the meal.
- Maintain a strong sense of table maintenance, including clearing courses, replacing silverware, refreshing beverages, and ensuring tables remain clean and guest-ready.
- Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, sushi, wine, and bar service as assigned.
- Process checks accurately and follow proper payment, room charge, and cash handling procedures.
- Partner closely with hosts, server assistants, bartenders, culinary colleagues, and restaurant leadership.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and assigned work areas.
- Follow all hotel, restaurant, food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Communicate guest feedback, concerns, and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
- Maintain a polished appearance and hospitality-first attitude at all times.
- Perform other food and beverage duties as assigned.

- Previous fine dining, upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, or high-volume restaurant server experience required.
- Strong knowledge of sequence of service, table management, menu presentation, and guest engagement.
- Experience with wine service, beverage knowledge, and upscale guest interaction preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment while maintaining precision and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and hospitality standards.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful service.
- Food handler certification or ability to obtain required certification, if applicable.
- Responsible alcohol service certification or ability to obtain required certification, if applicable.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in a signature restaurant, airport hotel, or multicultural dining environment preferred.
