Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail service, wine pouring, and beverage presentation with flair Upsell menu items and suggest pairings to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while handling cash handling duties responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining or nightclub settings Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Support team members during busy hours by performing host/hostess duties or assisting with food running when necessary Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants, bars, or nightclubs is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or high-volume settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Square is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in math calculations Experience in hospitality environments that require multitasking, quick thinking, and teamwork Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
