Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication of special requests and dietary needs Serve food and drinks efficiently, including maintaining proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Process transactions accurately Upsell menu items such as specialty Drinks, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas and helping keep organized and clean a environment and assisting in food handling and preparation when needed Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the dining experience Respectful of restaurant policies and procedures Strong Team player that works well with others Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems, and other restaurant technology platforms Proven experience in food service environments such as fine dining, casual restaurants, nightclubs or hospitality settings Strong culinary background with food preparation skills and understanding of food safety protocols Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Effective sales techniques including upselling to maximize revenue opportunities Demonstrated ability in customer service with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in food industry roles such as host/hostess duties or serving in high-volume settings ll Ability to work flexible hours including weekends while maintaining high energy levels Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences through energetic service, expert knowledge, and a genuine love for hospitality!
