Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and TOAST, ensuring timely delivery Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage multiple tables efficiently by coordinating food preparation with kitchen staff and ensuring prompt service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and TOAST Strong background in food service with fine dining or nightclub experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure smooth operations Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Speaking Spanish is a plus, but not required Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively setting!
