About Us Red Door Fire Kitchen + Lounge is a warm, community-centered restaurant where food is made with love and every guest is welcomed like family. We take pride in offering thoughtful dishes, smart libations, and a heartfelt dining experience. We're looking for friendly, reliable team members who enjoy taking care of people as much as we do. Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, personable server to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who loves connecting with guests, can multitask with ease, and thrives in a fast-paced, positive environment. Responsibilities Provide warm, attentive service to every guest Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace Collaborate with the team to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience Assist with setting, resetting, and cleaning tables Process payments accurately Uphold Red Door's standards of hospitality and professionalism Requirements Prior serving experience preferred, but not required Must be at least 19 years old (for alcohol service) Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.
