Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Provide detailed menu descriptions, suggestively upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and table clearing Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and provide correct change Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation regulations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Previous experience in serving roles such as host/hostess or bussing enhances your ability to deliver seamless service Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and quick calculations during service Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to create memorable experiences for every guest.
