Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in server or bartender restaurant positions. Our restaurant values teamwork, guest service, and a passion for great food, making it a great place to grow your career in the hospitality industry. Duties Provide excellent guest service to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Take orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Handle cash and process payments as required for front-of-house positions. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of menu items and service techniques. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. A passion for food and guest service is essential for all positions. Wine knowledge will be highly valued in the FOH. We will offer training initially and ongoing. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is highly valued.
