Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service Manage guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to enhance overall experience Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Experience with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards is preferred; food handling experience is beneficial Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating extraordinary dining experiences!
