Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, and menu options to elevate guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations Support beverage service by preparing cocktails with precision and managing bar inventory as required Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards is preferred Experience with food preparation or kitchen support roles can be beneficial but not required Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and expert hospitality to every guest interaction.
