In this vital role, you will serve as the essential link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that food reaches our guests promptly, accurately, and with a smile. Responsibilities Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining proper food handling protocols. Follow sanitation procedures diligently to maintain cleanliness in all food service areas. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely. Support food safety management by adhering to all health regulations and reporting any concerns immediately. Use POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order tracking when necessary. Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their needs. Fullfil TOGO orders with accuracy and effiency. Skills Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and food safety practices. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential. Knowledge of food safety management principles to uphold health standards consistently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and guests.
