The Club at Chatham Hills offers modern, state-of-the-art amenities in an upscale setting while delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. The Club offers an 18-hole Championship Golf Course, a 9-hole Executive Golf Course and incredible golf practice facilities. We are looking for people that are outgoing with positive energy and exceptional service skills, who want to WOW our members . People who want an opportunity to be a part of an amazing team and a beautiful club. The responsibilities below are listed, but are not limited to : Guest first focus. Delivering exceptional guest service is a top-priority. Setting the bar to execute a successful service for an event. Preparing and serving in a professional and courteous manner. Able to work well with a team, as well as independently. Able to sufficiently manage time. Able to execute all tasks assigned efficiently and up to expected standards. This position may also require waiting on tables in the designated pool area

Requirements:

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages Able to interact with the guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. Ability to transport and carry objects such as glass racks and ice bins weighing up to 50 lbs. numerous times throughout the shift. Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours. Ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to speak and write in English. Ability to listen effectively, process information quickly, and transfer knowledge to others to ensure standards of quality are met consistently.
