Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant team as a Waitress/Server and become the heart of our guest experience! Whether guiding guests through menu selections or providing attentive service, you'll play a vital role in our restaurant's success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality expertise in a lively, fast-paced environment that celebrates culinary excellence and guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including specials and wine pairings Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food handling, sanitation, and proper food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Clear tables promptly, bus tables as needed, and reset stations for incoming guests Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with SKYTAB is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or cashiering is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment within a fast-paced hospitality setting Join us to deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
