Server/Host

Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are maintained Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations Support kitchen staff with food preparation or food industry tasks as needed Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant hosting, or serving roles with a focus on guest relations Familiarity with POS systems for reservations and transactions Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy Culinary or kitchen experience can be an advantage for supporting food prep tasks Join us to be part of an exciting team dedicated to creating memorable dining moments!
