Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system ensuring clear communication with kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods Skills Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment Experience in full- service dining or food industry settings, demonstrating knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales performance Previous serving or host/hostess experience preferred.
