Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process payments efficiently with cash handling and cashiering skills while ensuring accuracy Assist with food preparation, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales and guest satisfaction Manage reservations through OpenTable or similar platforms and coordinate guest seating arrangements Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and food safety practices to ensure quality standards are met Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order processing accurately Experience with serving, bussing, hosting/hostessing, or food preparation is a plus Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
