Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will engage with guests, provide attentive service, and ensure every visit is memorable. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly and courteously Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and dining areas by bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order proces Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest concerns professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, food handling, and proper food preparation techniques Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving, bussing, and cashiering duties Previous experience in host/hostess roles or food industry positions that involve serving or guest relations is preferred Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable moments for every guest.
