Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving beverages and food. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs Effective time management to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines in a hospitality setting Knowledge of beverage brewing processes is a plus for supporting bar operations Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Join us to be part of a lively team that thrives on creating memorable experiences!
