Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at the end of shifts Maintain sanitation and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Build strong guest relations through personalized service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred; nightclub or bussing experience a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Culinary or kitchen experience beneficial for understanding food preparation processes Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with team members seamlessly Join us to be part of a dynamic environment where your energy makes a difference!
