Full Job Description About Us:

Position Summary:

We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of service, ensuring the dining room is consistently clean, organized, and guest-ready, and assisting servers in delivering a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Refill water and assist with food delivery and table support as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, attentive support Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen team to ensure smooth service Restock service areas with necessary supplies (glassware, silverware, linens, etc.) Assist with pre-shift setup and post-shift breakdown Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
