The Foodrunner plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to the guests, maintaining excellent communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, and providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests' tables. Assist servers by clearing plates and resetting tables as needed. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas. Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Assist with restocking supplies and condiments as necessary. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
