Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food handling, food preparation support, and bussing tables to ensure a smooth flow of service Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and dietary options, to answer guest questions confidently Uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols in all aspects of food service and handling Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering responsibilities during shifts Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience in upselling, sales techniques, and guest relations to enhance the dining experience Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Previous host/hostess experience or serving background is a plus but not required Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced hospitality setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
