Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transaction processing Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including beverage service, drink mixing, and spirits knowledge for cocktails Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for bills, and ensuring proper food preparation procedures are followed Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while multitasking across multiple tables Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures OpenTable experience or similar reservation management tools is a plus Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service!
