In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your energetic personality and excellent communication skills will create a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. You will handle guest seating, take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist with guest relations to deliver a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations with professionalism and enthusiasm Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu or specials Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as spot on Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest engagement Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, dining area, and service stations Assist in coordinating table turnovers and communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Qualifications Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of hospitality standards and hotel experience is advantageous Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Reliable, energetic, and committed to providing outstanding guest experiences Join us to be part of a lively team that values hospitality excellence!
