Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Your culinary knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tables with efficiency will create memorable moments for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and bussing duties Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience Assist with host/hostess responsibilities when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation guidelines Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest inquiries professionally Culinary experience or food industry background is highly desirable for menu familiarity and upselling opportunities Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and food safety practices enhances guest interactions Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling, billing, and sales transactions Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude Food handling certification or related sanitation training preferred but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality makes every guest feel special!
