Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences through excellent customer service and efficient food and beverage delivery. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience. Take accurate orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards, including fine dining service when applicable. Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, using systems like OpenTable or similar platforms. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through proper food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed. Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially with fine dining or nightclub settings. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations effectively. Good math skills for accurate cash handling and basic calculations during transactions. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving, bussing, and supporting the team.
