Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS system, ensuring quick and correct entry Present menus effectively, highlighting specials and upselling additional items to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support seamless service flow Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips Uphold food safety standards and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting Experience Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing payments accurately We're looking for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to grow their skills within the food industry.
