You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to proper presentation standards. Manage cash handling efficiently, including processing payments and operating the cash register. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Packaged the togo and delivery order Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials and dietary restrictions. Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing attentive service. Skills Strong cash handling skills with experience operating a cash register. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and payment transactions. Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurants or nightclubs, is preferred. Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus. Excellent guest relations skills to foster positive interactions with customers. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance the guest experience.
