Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle inquiries or concerns professionally, and promote guest relations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales management Culinary experience or background in food handling and sanitation practices is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in upselling, guest services, and building guest loyalty through exceptional hospitality Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Join us to deliver memorable dining experiences with enthusiasm!
