Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including handling cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of beverage service, including wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation Culinary experience or understanding of food preparation enhances service quality Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to process sales transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling and sales processing; ability to upsell effectively Join us to be part of an exciting team where your enthusiasm for hospitality can shine!
