Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance the dining experience Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and communicated effectively Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards, ensuring guest satisfaction with every course Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing genuine recommendations based on guest preferences Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service periods Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and process payments swiftly with cash handling skills Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation enhances your ability to answer guest questions confidently Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy service hours Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and check splitting Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Join us as a Server where your energetic approach to hospitality will create unforgettable experiences for our guests!
