Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and baristas Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wines, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling policies Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly Culinary experience or food industry background preferred; understanding of food safety and sanitation practices required Experience with serving alcohol responsibly, including spirits knowledge and drink service techniques Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences!
