Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms. Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with precision. Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating cocktail experience and beverage service expertise. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Support food preparation and kitchen staff when necessary to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods. Assist with food handling and sanitation procedures to uphold health regulations and ensure guest safety. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere suitable for various settings including fine dining or nightclub environments. Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclubs is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in processing orders and transactions. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques is desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and creating memorable experiences. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations ensures compliance with health standards.
