Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and resetting dining areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster positive guest relations Support host/hostess duties when needed by managing reservations through OpenTable or similar platforms and seating guests efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Previous experience with serving, upselling techniques, and guest relations is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
