La Petite Grocery is currently accepting applications for a full time Server or Bartender. These positions require a flexible schedule and open availability - days, nights, weekends. We are closed for all major holidays. Our ideal candidate is a career-minded individual with fine dining experience, wine and spirits knowledge and a desire to grow with our company. We are seeking serious and passionate individuals willing to make at least a 1-year commitment to the position. To be considered a potential team member, one must be a highly-organized professional with excellent communication skills. Hopeful applicants must be a team player able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Hourly plus tips is averaging between $30-$38 hr. Group Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance is available for full time employees (30+ hours/week) after 120 days. Our company pays 50% of your medical insurance premium should you choose to enroll.
