Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned. Services water, bread, butter and start appetizers. Maintain coffee service. Refill water glasses. Change ashtrays. Assist servers. Observes opening / closing side work duties listed in the restaurant in order to make sure you complete your duties on a daily basis.
