Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as, ensuring clarity and completeness Recommend menu items, upsell specials, and promote wine or beverage pairings to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with Toast POS system is essential for order processing and cash handling Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and transaction accuracy Experience with guest services roles such as host/hostess or bartender is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences.
