In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing vehicle aesthetics and functionality through expert window tinting and vinyl application. Your expertise will ensure high-quality finishes, precise installations, and satisfied customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive customization, with a focus on safety, style, and durability. Responsibilities Professionally apply window tinting films to vehicles, ensuring flawless coverage and adherence while maintaining safety standards. Install various types of vinyl wraps and decals on vehicles, including doors, hoods, windows, and interior surfaces. Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal adhesion of films and tints. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and install materials with precision. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify existing damages or issues requiring repair or maintenance prior to installation. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency during installations. Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with finished work. Requirements Proven experience in window tinting and vinyl wrapping within an automotive or dealership environment. Strong knowledge of automotive glass installation, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance processes. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when working with large sheets of vinyl or tinted windows. Skilled in using hand tools such as scrapers, knives, squeegees, and measuring devices; experience with power tools is a plus. Mechanical knowledge related to auto glass installation, auto estimating, and general automotive repair is highly desirable. Valid experience with dealership procedures, auto body assembly, detailing, auto estimating software, and auto mechanic work is advantageous.
