As the premier club in Andover, Massachusetts, Andover Country Club offers a meticulously manicured championship golf course for members and their guests, an elegant upscale dining environment, and a lively social event calendar. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences across restaurant service, social events, and high-volume banquets. Job Summary Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally, attending to guests' needs and ensuring their satisfaction during their dining experience. Skills & Qualifications -2+ years experience in a full service dining atmosphere -Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.- Demonstratable knowledge of food and beverage products
