Are you an experienced server who loves hospitality, thrives in a busy restaurant, and knows how to make guests feel taken care of? The Autograph American Tavern is looking for energetic, personable, and experienced servers to join our team in the heart of downtown Andover. We're a high-energy American tavern known for scratch-made food, craft cocktails, sports, events, and a fun atmosphere. With two floors, multiple bars, 40+ TVs, busy game days, weekend brunch, private events, and a loyal local following! What You'll Do Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive hospitality from the moment guests arrive Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Know our menu, ingredients, cocktails, beer and wine well enough to make confident recommendations Create a memorable experience for every guest Anticipate guest needs and maintain consistent table service throughout the meal Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, hosts, and management team Handle special requests and allergy information carefully and professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented section Accurately process payments and close checks Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during high-volume shifts What We're Looking For Previous serving experience required High-energy, positive attitude Strong communication and hospitality skills Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong menu knowledge and attention to detail Comfortable working in a high-volume restaurant Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and busy game days Must meet Massachusetts requirements for serving alcohol Why The Autograph?
