Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations. Assist in food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Proficient in using POS systems (toast) Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent guest services skills to create memorable dining experiences. Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
