Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and openTable reservations with precision Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Support kitchen staff by communicating guest orders clearly and efficiently Uphold sanitation and food handling protocols to ensure a safe dining environment Engage in basic math calculations for billing accuracy and inventory management Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation is advantageous Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory counts Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving in high-energy environments like nightclubs or upscale restaurants is desirable Host/hostess experience or previous roles involving guest relations will be beneficial Join us to deliver exceptional hospitality that leaves lasting impressions!
