Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to maximize sales opportunities Manage cash handling duties accurately, process payments including credit card transactions via OpenTable or other POS systems, and provide correct change Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Experience Previous food service or restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience with cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, spirits service, and beverage presentation is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in upselling and sales techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Familiarity with fine dining standards or nightclub service is a plus Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs effectively Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service, beverage expertise, and a lively team spirit!
