Role Overview The Dining Server plays a key role in providing exceptional meal service within a senior living community. They are responsible for accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders, assisting residents with menu selections, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment. Key duties include bussing and resetting tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining area, completing assigned side work and opening/closing tasks, and attending pre-meal meetings to review menus. They utilize Sunrise systems for order entry and meal delivery, adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards. Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive connections with residents and guests. Attention to detail in order accuracy and food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Key Attributes Professionalism and a warm, welcoming attitude.
