Full Job Description The Position:
The Bancroft Chophouse is seeking a reliable and dedicated Server Assistant to support our front of house team in providing exceptional hospitality and service to our guests. As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up tables, assisting servers with food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Responsibilities:
Assist servers with table setup, including setting out plates, glasses, and silverware Greet guests and assist with seating as needed Refill water glasses and clear plates throughout the meal Assist servers with delivering food and beverage orders to tables Assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including wiping down tables and chairs, and sweeping floors Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials, and be able to make recommendations to guests
Requirements:
Prior relevant experience preferred but not required! Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for long periods of time, carry a tray, and lift up to 30lbs Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Here is a snapshot of our amazing benefits!
