The ideal candidate provides friendly, attentive service and works well in a busy neighborhood restaurant. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally Present menus and make food and beverage recommendations Accurately enter orders using the POS system Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Deliver food and drinks promptly Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests professionally Keep tables, service stations, and dining areas clean and organized Follow sanitation and food-safety procedures Process cash and credit card payments accurately Complete all opening or closing duties assigned to the shift Qualifications Previous serving or bartending experience required Strong customer-service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts consistently Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience using a POS system is preferred Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States Evening and weekend availability preferred Compensation and Benefits Estimated earnings: $20-$30 per hour, including hourly wage and tips Consistent part-time schedule Convenient East Cambridge location near Kendall Square and Lechmere stations Friendly, family-owned restaurant environment Opportunity to learn about Greek cuisine and hospitality

Available Shifts Morning:

Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Evening:

Monday through Saturday, 4:00 p.m. through closing This is a part-time position. Employees will work selected days based on the restaurant's staffing needs and their stated availability.
