Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
• Knowledge of culinary terms, ingredients, and preparation methods is a plus
• Ability to upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
