We are seeking friendly, dependable, and energetic Servers to join our team. Position Summary As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a positive dining experience by greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals accurately, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout each visit. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service. Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations. Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy. Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns in a courteous manner. Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and tables. Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth operations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.
