Job Summary We are seeking energetic and personable Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and providing personalized service Support team members by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and assisting in food preparation when needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse guest needs Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation enhances your ability to assist guests effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and billing accuracy Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
