• We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team.

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining area. Saturday & Sunday Availability is a

MUST. MUST

be on Cape NOW, This is an Immediate Position

• Duties
• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Follow food safety standards and protocols
• Skills
• Proficiency in basic math for order taking and bill calculation
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services
• Excellent time management to handle multiple tables efficiently
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
• Ability to upsell menu items to increase sales
• Knowledge of food safety practices in the restaurant industry
• Prior experience in customer service within the food industry is preferred
• Ability to assist with bussing tables during peak hours
• Passion for Craft Beer a plus
